Trades for 6-4-09

Today I did -.05% during London hours, +1% in abnormal hours, and had no trades for the rest of the day (forex). For stocks I’m still long in DDM, and have made no adjustments to my stoploss/gain.

Totals for the day
Forex: (+.95%) Real Trades
All times on the charts are Mountain Standard Time

4 trades, 1 loss, and 3 gains

You are doing quite nice in forex. I would like to know how it was all from the start now, so maybe you could make some look back at your forex work and sum up the numbers, what is your percentage result and for how long time.

The best thing I must say about your trading is that you get back on your feet after you are down big and that is great trait.

Thanks! No prob, I'll have that in my post today.

Yeah, I feel like that big down turn was a learning curve and now I know how to avoid it better. I mean I still have losses, but I've learned to keep them minimal.

I must admit that I've gotten back into Forex because of this blog. I'm no pro but I think I realized, like you, that it suits me better. Thanks for your faithful posts!

Glad to have inspired you to keep at it :). I must admit that I had 2nd thoughts when I had those bad weeks in a row. But I told myself to stick with it because it's what I love to do. I also keep telling myself that I'd be in college for 2-4 years before I'd expect to make a decent paycheck so I should expect the same out of trading.
